Wick Cottage was the perfect base for a stay in Porthcawl. The cottage is beautifully clean and the host Lisa could not have been more helpful and friendly. The garden is a great enclosed sunny space for the dog to stretch his legs, and it was literally a few minutes walk to the endless stretch of beautiful sandy beaches and selection of fab coffee outlets, or the shops and supermarket. The cottage has a really peaceful and private feeling, it was lovely to wake up after a great night's sleep to the sound of chirping sparrows. Thoroughly recommended!

We’re just back from a lovely short break at Wick Cottage. The accommodation was lovely and just perfect for our family of 3 (plus one pooch).Lisa got in touch a couple of days before with clear instructions and was on hand if we had any issues. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Lovely place - felt very welcome staying here and its clearly run with a lot of care. Communication for check in and check out was really helpful and everything was exceptionally clean. Great location and fire place was a bonus. Absolute treat for a long weekend!
