A beautiful, detached, stone-built, farmhouse, in the hamlet of Cefn Berain, 5 miles from Denbigh, 9 miles from the sandy beaches of the North Wales coastline. This Denbigh cottage has been converted to the highest standard, retaining many original features, with exposed beams, flagged floors and stone walls adding touches of character throughout. This Denbigh cottage is spacious and airy, with four large bedrooms, two of which enjoy en-suite facilities, and the master bedroom has a large balcony where you can enjoy the views of the valley and surrounding countryside. There are two reception rooms with woodburning stoves, and the large, open-plan kitchen/diner boasts a central breakfast island, and bespoke wooden kitchen with Welsh slate work surface and solid wood dining table and chairs. Outside this cottage in North Wales is an enclosed front garden, while at the rear, there's a large garden with a games room with table tennis and darts, a children's climbing frame, and a luxurious 7-seater hydrotherapy Jacuzzi hot tub, perfect for soaking away the aches and pains after a long day out and about. 9 star holiday the place was absolutely filthy when we arrived had to scrub the place!!! Dirty cooker, fridge and towels had dirty marks and makeup stains on them the fridge had spilt food inside it and dirty finger marks on the handle!! Dusty everywhere and cobwebs!!! Bedding also didn't smell fresh!!! OK property literally in the middle of nowhere closet shop is a 20 minute drive ur literally up a mountain view is gorgeous and hot tub was lovely!! Bbq needs binning it's in no fit state for any type of use!! Will upload pics to show!! We also had no Internet for the first 4 days on arrival and wasted most of our type on phone to owners trying to resolve this matter than had a engineer there alday on our 4th day not good wen ur on holiday!! Would never ever stay here agen and would definitely not recommend it!! We've stayed in much nicer places with better facilities for a lot cheaper!! Kids playground needs replacing it's got things missing and is dangerous and all the kids toys are broken!!! Sykes cottages are just as bad they should not be letting out this property it needs a lot of tlc!!! There just after ur money!! Strongly advice you to look elsewhere or be extremely Disappointed!!

Beautiful, peaceful location and all facilities you need for a great stay. The hot tub is a good size and the games room is an added bonus. I’ve said it from our first stay but I could happily live here it’s that beautiful.

The house was brilliant, we loved it. The kids had so much space to run around and play inside and outside. The hot tub was the cleanest hot tub I have ever been in! The location was a brilliant base for exploring Wales. The house was well stocked and had absolutely everything you would need from a stay away from home. The washing machine was a god send and the underfloor heating in the kitchen was such a luxurious bonus. The owners are also very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate in returning here again.
