The large lawn is framed by pretty flower borders in old railway sleepers, and makes a great space for the kids to burn off some energy and enjoy the fresh air. Thank you for providing this.

Everything was as described on the listing. Hot tub was great and very spacious. Kitchen was well stocked making it easy to cook meals. Some furniture would do with replacing- the draws in the bedrooms were a bit dodgy. And the boiler is noisy whenever the hot water is on. We hadn't realised there was only 1 shower and that was the downstairs bathroom. Upstairs is bath with handheld shower. We loved the spacious outdoor space plus a selection of ride on toys were appreciated by the kids. Lots of downstairs space for playing too. Some great days out from the location too all within an hours drive - Penryn Castle, Llandudno, Llyn Brenig, Betws-y-Coed, Rhyl, Zip World, Snowdon, Greenfield Valley Heritage Centre all made great days/afternoons out!

Perfect for anyone craving peace and quiet, although there are plenty of child friendly tourist attractions nearby. The hot tub with stunning views is a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back one day soon.
