It is hard to find a house in a town with adequate parking but this is excellent. It is a very short walk to the park in one direction and the town with cafes and pubs in the other. The proximity to the A5 (over the wall) didn’t bother us at all but we are all good sleepers. The owners left wine which was a kind thought but we would prefer coffee and biscuits! The house was very clean with the exception of the cooker which, I think, is due for a professional clean. We have stayed in many cottages but this is the first time I’ve left wanting to come back.

One drawback, the traffic noise, which was quite loud in the front and one of the rear bedrooms. A very secure property with a nice outside area, which was also good for our dogs. Wine supplied by the owner was well received. Thank you
