Canal path easily accessible in either direction. Although compact it had everything we needed and the addition of the air fryer was an extra bonus. We would definitely recommend and would consider coming back ourselves in a few years.

Although the trees are still in full bloom you can hear the train tooting from the balcony, see the steam and get an occasional glimpse of the engine. Access to the canal is a short walk away and it's not far to Llangollen or the other way to the Chain Bridge Hotel. There are lots of things to see and do in the immediate vicinity and beyond. The hosts Steve and Sue are friendly and very helpful without being intrusive and are a fount of knowledge about the area. I would recommend Westoe Hideaway to anyone wishing to visit Llangollen.

. Made to feel very welcome by owners Steve and Sue who were on hand if needed and made us feel at home straight away. Exceptionally clean and well presented accommodation , very comfy bed, superb shower and facilities and we felt very relaxed on arrival with everything we needed right there. Enclosed area for us and the dog to relax morning snd night to enjoy the views of the surrounding area and all 3 of us slept very well in the property after a few busy days out and about in Wales and Llangollen. Thank you to our hosts Steve and Sue for making the property available for guests to enjoy and we had a great few days. Some great walks to enjoy with the dog in the countryside or along the canal bank with both a short stroll from the property. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this property in Llangollen where there is something for everyone to enjoy.
