House was immaculately clean, kitchen facilities were very good it just lacked enough pots pans and some more utensils for cooking, the second mattress was extremely soft, and the toilet would not flush but that was overcome with a basin everything else was a relaxing holiday.

Ayr cottage is beautifully presented, and fitted out with high quality fixtures andfittings everywhere. Everything is thought of for a wonderful stay, especially a comfy bed and pillows. I would definitely recommend this cottage.
