About this property

Spacious Salisbury Eco which benefits from central heating and double glazing throughout, an open plan lounge/dining area, modern fitted kitchen including all amenities, 1 double master bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms plus a pull out double bed in the lounge. To the outside is a decked area and also a paved patio with a family sized picnic table. Set on a much sought after plot with beach access within a 2 minute walk.

We require a £100 refundable deposit which is taken to secure your booking and returned no later than 7 days after your departure once we are satisfied with the condition upon checkout.

The full remaining balance of your booking must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your holiday this can be made by Bank transfer. Once we have received your deposit you will receive your booking confirmation.
