Park up and be welcomed into an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering a selection of amenities for cooking hearty meals. Dine together at the dining table before settling into the sitting area to plan the day ahead of you. From here you can discover an enclosed decked area where morning cups of tea can be had, before heading out to explore. At the end of a long day of adventures, freshen up in the shower room before settling into one of the three bedrooms, choosing between a double, a twin, and a bunk room.

Kinmel Bay is a lovely seaside town with a good selection of shops, pubs, and eateries, as well as a local beach for walks on the sand. Abergele offers more shops and another beach, whilst Llandudno is within reach, with its ski slope, Great Orme walks, and arcades. The property is close to the Clwydian Range & Dee Valley National Landscape and the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, so why not head out to explore the wildlife and scenery? Resting on the western side of the River Clwyd is the charming North Wales village of Kinmel Bay. Lying opposite the bustling resort of Rhyl, Kinmel Bay makes a wonderful holiday location and attracts plenty of serious watersports enthusiasts with popularity especially in canoeing and windsurfing. The Kinmel Dunes Nature Reserve is home to a small sand dune system with lots of native wildlife and plants, with seals sometimes spotted close to the shore, you can enjoy lovely walks along paths leading through the dunes, before continuing along the North Wales Path. The village is home to a supermarket, several shops, two pubs and some restaurants, while Rhyl is just a stone's throw away. Discover SeaQuarium Rhyl, SC2 Rhyl waterpark, Rhyl Golf Club and the gorgeous Rhyl Beach. From Kinmel Bay you are within easy reach of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for plenty of stunning walking and cycling country, as well as the beaches of Colwyn Bay, Llandudno and the historic market town of Conwy.
