About this property

The holiday park has direct access to miles of beaches, and our caravan is situated just a stone's throw away, Ideal for a relaxing family break.

On the site, there is a Lounge bar with excellent entertainment, Restaurant/Bar serving food and showing sporting events, a Children's play area, a Heated indoor pool, an Arcade, a sports pitch, a shop, Chippy, Launderette, pretty much everything you will need on your little escape. AVAILABILITY AND ACCESS WILL DEPEND ON CURRENT GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES.

The holiday park requires guests to purchase passes to use park facilities and gain entrance through security (also for health and safety reasons). THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL. Pass prices will vary depending on the duration of the break and the dates booked. (peak/off-peak).

The caravan has 1 Double bedroom, with a small wall-mounted TV/DVD, and 2 twin bedrooms. The dining area also converts into a double bed, making the caravan's maximum occupancy 8 people. All bedrooms have ample storage and small panel heaters. Duvets and pillows are provided.

** You are required to bring your own bed linen. (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) and towels**

The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer compartment, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is enough crockery and cutlery for 8 people and a good selection of cooking utensils.



The living area has a 32"TV, Playstation 3 with a variety of kids' games, and a gas fire. Outside there is a table and chairs and parking space for 2 vehicles.

All bookings are subject to a refundable fee of £50 to secure the date, which will be returned after your holiday. Please note that your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your holiday or if there is any damage to the caravan, including cigarette burns (NO smoking policy).

Please take care of our caravan and leave it in the condition you would expect to find it.

No pets are allowed in the caravan.

We have 7-night, 4-night and 3-night breaks available. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions on availability, dates, etc. If I can accommodate requests, I will try my best to do so.
