It offers stunning views and is ideal for large gatherings, with comfortable rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The property has received praise for its potential and the responsiveness of the owner to queries.
Several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including cobwebs and a general lack of thorough cleaning. Some guests found this aspect disappointing, suggesting a need for improvement.
The property's location is frequently highlighted as a positive feature, with its proximity to Rhyl, local amenities, and scenic views towards the mountains and coast.

However a few things that just spoil it.... the dinning table isn't big enough for all who can stay so just a tweak could seat all guests together to eat, the outdoor space is grubby unswept and not useable. The utility again grubby and you wouldn't want to use. The place is knocked about and dated but given cost this isn't an issue because for something well maintained and up-to-date you'd pay more. With a bit elbow grease and effort to outside and diner it could be much better experience.

Lovely location with all the amenities we needed.
Samantha
Really well located and is great for a large family holiday All rooms on first floor are all well decorated but the top floor definitely is work in progress but don't let it stop you staying and did note they are only opened up if needed Everything in kitchen had been updated as promised and TV's all worked I would definitely stay again though if it was still the great value price it was when we visited and only giving it a 4 star as we did use the top floor and it was not as nice as the newly decorated bedrooms, If had not used would have been a 5 star
