Guests say

Pen y Parc is a well-received cottage with guests praising its cleanliness, peaceful location, and well-equipped kitchen. The conservatory and garden are highlights, offering relaxation in fine weather. The local pub adds to the charm, providing good food and a friendly atmosphere. The host is commended for being welcoming and helpful, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Guests consistently note the cottage's cleanliness, describing it as very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. One minor complaint about a bed's comfort does not detract significantly from the overall high standards of cleanliness.

The cottage's location is frequently praised for its peacefulness, beautiful scenery, and proximity to local attractions. The friendly village and nearby pub are also appreciated, although one mention of heavy snowfall affecting a stay suggests that access may occasionally be weather-dependent.

Comfort is highly regarded, with guests finding the seating and beds comfortable. There is a single mention of a bed being uncomfortable due to springs, which slightly lowers the score.

Facilities are well-received, with special mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and good WiFi. The conservatory and garden are appreciated for dining and relaxation. There is no significant criticism of the facilities, indicating they are well-maintained.

While guests express gratitude for the warm welcome and helpfulness of the host, there are no specific references to gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.
