Just a short stroll will take you to the centre of town, where you can experience Welsh hospitality at the local pub, or for those with a sweet tooth, treat yourself to an ice cream or bag of sweets in the village shop. Steeped in history, this lovely town boasts a castle, nature reserve and wonderful walks long the River Clwyd, all of which can be enjoyed without the need for getting in the car. For golf enthusiasts, the local course is less than a mile away.
This one bedroomed cottage provides spacious and well-designed living for couples and also welcomes small dogs. With exposed beams and a quality wood burner, the living room is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. It has a Smart TV, comfortable sofas and small dining table. If you like to cook, you won’t be disappointed with the well-equipped kitchen with an adjoining utility room with access to the rear. The cottage was clean and cosy, log fire was lovely. Kitchen well equipped, every thing you could possibly need, the utility room off the kitchen was a great space for doggy things,the bathroom was spacious and shower excellent. The bedroom was very spacious. Thank you for the lovely, much appreciated chocolate, wine and doggy treats!!Garden was nice but not enclosed for my dog!! Plenty of Parking space on site. There was a lovely walk for the for the dog a few minutes walk away within the conservative are, beautiful walk!!Shopping within easy reach.We enjoyed our week away for Christmas immensely!!Thank you??

The cottage was perfect for our long weekend break with our small dog.It was beautifully presented inside and out.Lovely touches including an autumnal wreath outside and pumpkins by the door.The garden was very pretty.Inside was welcoming and plenty of space for us both and our dog.The living room was cosy and furniture comfortable.The kitchen well equipped and had great appliances.The utility was very handy for wet coats and muddy boots as well as storing all our dog stuff.The bathroom was lovely and had a great shower.The bedroom was a pleasant surprise being much bigger than we expected as well as beautifully dressed.We found the bed a lovely piece to look at as well as very comfortable.The prosecco ,Welsh cakes and fresh flowers,were very well received.Thank you! A doggy food mat ,bowl and towel were thoughtful touches eventhough we took our own.

The cottage was spotlessly clean on arrival, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, useful utility area for storage or drying wet dogs, even a dog towel was provided.Good size bedroom ample storage for clothes, bed was average not the most comfortable but certainly not the worse I’ve slept on. With the window shut all noise from traffic is blocked out.Nice bathroom, powerful shower always plenty of hot water.Off road parking space always a bonus.Although cottage is a mid terrace didn’t hear any noise from the neighbours.It was reassuring to have the owners phone number incase of any issues, although we didn’t need it, the owner did pop round to check everything was ok and answer any questions.
