Guests say

Guests have had delightful stays at Math Lodge, praising its cleanliness, stunning views, and peaceful surroundings. The hot tub and welcome pack are appreciated touches, and the property's rural charm adds to the tranquil experience. While some minor issues were noted, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with many looking forward to returning.

The lodge receives high marks for cleanliness, with guests describing it as immaculate and well-presented. One mention of dishes needing a rewash slightly affects the score.

The location is celebrated for its magnificent views and tranquillity. However, the remote setting and challenging roads in adverse weather slightly impact the score.

The lodge is considered cosy and well-stocked, contributing to guest comfort. Some concerns about space and storage for longer stays are noted.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a secure paddock for pets and a well-stocked kitchen. Points are deducted for minor issues with WiFi and kettle limescale.

Thoughtful gestures like the welcome pack and outdoor wine fridge are mentioned positively. It's noted that such gifts enhance the experience, though they may vary and are not guaranteed.

We found it to be cosy and stocked with all essentials that we needed. It was in a great location for trips out or an afternoon in. It was clean and well maintained. Would recommend to friends and family.

Out the way so nice and peaceful however, if you want to go out everything is a fair drive away & the roads aren’t the best if you’re not a confident driver - it was snowing when we were here The pod itself was lovely, mostly clean however most dishes needed re washing before use & also couldn’t use the kettle due to limescale. That is my only complaint. The hot tub was an added bonus along with the welcome basket.

I come here with two good friends and my daughter. We also suffer with mental health and anxiety and a few other bits I have not been away since I was seven years old. I am now 53. I thoroughly enjoy the view the peace and quiet I have never experienced anything like this before start finish. I was excited to get home to my dogs but I also missed being here. I will be back at some point. Well worth the amazing place to come, thank you so much.
