Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage generally receives high marks for cleanliness, with many guests finding it immaculate. However, a couple of reviews mentioned areas for improvement, such as dust and unclean dishes, which slightly lowers the score.

The location is consistently praised for its beauty and tranquillity, with the cottage being situated in a scenic valley near Ruthin. Its proximity to local attractions and the town's amenities contributes to a high score.

Guests find the cottage very comfortable, with special mentions of the cosy beds and well-decorated interiors. One review noted the firmness of a bed as a downside, but overall, the comfort level is rated highly.

The facilities, including the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen, are frequently highlighted as highlights of the stay. Some guests suggested the addition of hot tub towels and a washing line, indicating room for slight enhancements.

The host's thoughtfulness is evident through the welcome packs and local activity leaflets provided, which guests appreciated. It should be noted that such gifts, while a lovely touch, are not guaranteed for every stay.

The owner was lovely and was always available to help. The views were amazing

  • Jane

The only downside was the overall cleanliness of the property. There were unclean dishes in the cupboards and the floors were quite dusty in places. The outside area required quite a bit of sweeping and tidying before we could use it.
