About this property

Enjoying contemporary style yet still retaining character, Ty Coch is perfect for three couples or a family seeking a relaxing retreat to the North Wales countryside, with the added benefit of a hot tub and enclosed garden. Park up outside the front of the property with room for two cars before heading down the side of the house to the front door; be welcomed into the porch area which retains the exposed sandstone wall, before making your way into the open-plan living space. Come together around the dining table in the kitchen and dining area, with quality Bosch appliances to make use of when rustling up a treat, and a long dining table to seat all. Following your home-cooked feast take the three steps up into the lounge area, with underfloor heating to warm you, bi-fold doors opening up onto the patio and a Smart TV with sofas to unwind on. Take the conversation outside to the beautiful enclosed garden to watch the children play on the lawn while you relax on the patio furniture, or take an evening dip in the hot tub as the sun goes down. One of the lovely bedrooms rests on the ground-floor, home to a king-size bed and a feature brick fireplace.
