A detached ground floor property situated in the ground of the owner's property in the pretty village of Halkyn, North Wales. The spacious property is ideal for families and groups of friends wanting a serene base with easy access to bustling cities and beautiful national parks. Upon entering the property you will find a large kitchen dining room to your right with all the appliances and amenities needed to create a fantastic home-cooked meal. Next to the kitchen is the bright and spacious sitting room. This room is a sociable space with comfortable sofas to relax and chat about the day's adventures. Patio doors lead out from the living room onto a furnished patio with lawn area and orchard, with views over the Dee Estuary. It is a quiet location with beautiful views and everything you might need for a week away. Spotlessly clean and warm and cosy. It was our first visit to this area and there is so much to see that we had a packed week.
