Lynn and Antony looked after us extremely well and have created a very comfortable holiday accommodation up on Halkyn Mountain - a very interesting area. We are 5* cottage owners ourselves and I can't fault anything at all here (well done you two). Very comfy bed, good shower and option of bath, relaxing space to chill in the evenings with great views, and some good pubs nearby if like us, you prefer to eat out mostly. And a little garden as well. Also, the area is absolutely superb if you happen to enjoy climbing up some of the smaller hills of Wales with fantastic views over to the main ranges of Snowdon. The Clywydian Mountain range is beautiful and we found many smaller hills to explore, each with great views and different character. 36 ticks on the hillbagging list this week! And so easy to access just off the main road but far enough away to be really peaceful at night. We look forward to another visit. Many thanks.

We love being able to walk out to the nearby hills. Itâs a quiet and peaceful location, but very convenient to the A55. The hosts are wonderful and do their utmost to make sure we have an enjoyable stay. We particularly appreciate access to a washer and dryer and recycling boxes, because we stay two weeks or more.
