Arrival Information: Check-in is available from 16:00. If you are likely to arrive later than 18:00, please call our resort reception team on 01352 961506 to let them know. Please note any guests under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Departure Information: Check out time is at 10:00am on the day of your departure. Verde Resorts kindly ask that you leave your accommodation as you found it.
Hot Tub Information: Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. By using the hot tub, you are agreeing to Verde Resorts’ terms and conditions and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available to hire for £5.00 per bathrobe. Please note: Bathrobes are only available on a request basis when you arrive at the park.
Travel Cot Hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note you must bring your own mattress and bedding for the cot. Please note travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01352 961506 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets: Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, Verde Resorts will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.

Lovely, clean lodge in a peaceful setting with everything we needed.The hot tub was the highlight ,relaxing, well maintained, and perfect in the evenings.The lodge was cosy, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped.Hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.We’d happily return and highly recommend it.

We had 2 rooms both large comfy beds with 4 pillows each. Plenty of wardrobe space and an en suit on one room. Spacious kitchen with everything you’d need. Hot tub was amazing!! Water pressure in showers were great especially as o have long thick hair I had no issues with washing it.

Loved everything, beautiful lodge great view of the mountains from the front room. Hot tub was lovely to use, especially in November. Comfy bed, we have had bad beds before, but not this holiday. It was to celebrate my 70th birthday, would love to come back when it's warmer. Right on the doorstep to explore surrounding towns. Went to visit family who live in Conwy, not to far away. Very comfortable and warm 👍👍👍👍👍
