A Perfect Welsh Retreat with Breathtaking ViewsWe had the most wonderful stay at this charming holiday cottage in North Wales. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome — the thoughtful welcome hamper filled with goodies was such a lovely touch and set the tone for the rest of our stay. There was milk, butter, bread, snacks and bottle of wine - just what you need to start the holiday. The cottage itself was spotless, cosy, and clearly well looked after, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. It’s perfectly located for exploring the best of what Wales has to offer — whether you're keen to hike in the mountains, visit the coast, or explore historic towns and villages, you're never far from something special.The real highlight for us, though, was the view. Waking up each morning to the sight of Snowdonia’s majestic peaks was nothing short of magical. Whether enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio or relaxing inside after a day of exploring, the ever-changing scenery never failed to impress.The property feels very remote but you have all amenities within a half an hour drive. The hosts were excellent — friendly, attentive and quick to resolve any queries. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into creating a space where guests can truly unwind and enjoy the beauty of the area.All in all, a fantastic stay that we’ll be recommending to friends and family.

Stunning views and the cottage was such a high standard inside. Just 5 minutes from Snowdon in the car making it ideal location for us. Would definitely recommend Pen Cefn Cottage.
