Surrounded by uninterrupted views of the Llyn Peninsula and just 10 minutes from the coast, this beautifully restored Welsh cottage is perfect hideout for friends and families.

Located on the glorious Llyn Peninsula, this charming 4-bedroom farm cottage boasts breath-taking views towards the coast and is conveniently situated for exploring many local beaches and attractions including Abersoch, Llanbedrog and Hell's mouth. Recently refurbished to a high standard throughout, Mur Llwyd features a stunning lounge with wood burner and window seat, a large kitchen/dining area with utility room, a bathroom with free-standing bath and further upstairs wet room. A large south-facing patio stretches across the front of the property, boasting incredible views of Hell's Mouth and the headlands of Mynydd Rhiw and Mynydd Cilan. The seaside villages of Abersoch and Llanbedrog are home to some fantastic beaches (popular with watersport enthusiasts), scenic coastal walks and lovely local eateries and shops. Slightly further afield is the enchanting Italianate style village of Portmeirion and the action-packed adventures found at the various Zip World sites scattered across Snowdonia Nation Park.

Rooms: Ground floor: Lounge with wood burner, kitchen/dining area, utility room, bathroom with free-standing bath, double bedroom and bunk bedroom.  First Floor: Double bedroom, twin bedroom and wet room. 

Kitchen and utilities: Generous fitted kitchen with oven, inductions hob, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar with 2 stools, bespoke dining table with 8-10 chairs and French doors leading out onto patio area. Utility room with washing machine, heated drying rack and ironing facilities. Cafetiere and Original Nespresso Machine provided

Entertainment: Smart TV in lounge. Wi-Fi available.

For families: Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.

Outside: South facing garden with stunning panoramic views of Hells Mouth (Porth Neigwl) and the headlands of Mynydd Rhiw and Mynydd Cilan. Garnfadryn (highest peak on the peninsula) seen from the sides and rear of the property. A large patio stretches across the front of the property and is complete with a circular wooden table with seating for 8, a sofa and 2 armchairs, an Adirondack companion seat and a gas BBQ. Part of the patio is screened with a glass balustrade. A large grassed area is also at the front of the cottage with flower beds. A lockable shed is available for guests storage at the rear of the building. 

Please note there is a drop at the bottom of the garden, children should be supervised.

General: Central heating and electricity included. Initial supply of logs for the wood burner included. Bed linen, towels and 1 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

Pets: Sorry, no pets permitted at this property.

No smoking inside the cottage. Due to fire risk, no candles or tea lights please

Parking: Private off-road parking for up to 4 cars.
