Guests say

The Bryn Min Manton Apartment in Caernarfon is praised for its cleanliness, modernity, and spaciousness. Guests appreciate its proximity to local attractions and find the beds luxurious. While some minor maintenance issues and additional amenities are suggested, the property is generally well-regarded for providing a comfortable and convenient stay.

Guests consistently note the apartment's spotless condition, indicating high standards of cleanliness. One mention of rubbish left in the bin seems an isolated incident, not reflective of the overall cleanliness.

The apartment's location is commended for being central and convenient, within walking distance to Caernarfon's attractions, shops, and restaurants, contributing to a positive experience.

The luxurious beds and spaciousness contribute to guest comfort, although some reviews suggest improvements in seating and the provision of non-slip mats for safety.

While the apartment is modern and well-furnished, guests have suggested additional facilities such as a handrail for stairs, better lighting, and more kitchenware. Maintenance issues like stiff locks and a faulty outside light were also noted.

There is a mention of a welcome gesture with milk and Welsh cake, but as gifts are not consistently referenced across reviews, it is not possible to accurately score thoughtfulness. It should be noted that such gestures, while appreciated, are not guaranteed.

.. 'Notice of intention to take possession on grounds of abandonement' And there were 24 hours notice to clear everything out before changing the locks! I can provide a copy of the notice if anyone is interested. I would hate to think that some holiday makers have paid to stay here and will not be able to get access.

We asked for the twin beds to be made as a double and it wasn’t. There was NO way to contact them and the WhatsApp messages were answered by a computer. Why is there no human being to speak to? The internet site just went round in circles and no phone number was answered. Dreadful experience. The information book was out of date and there was no paper for visitors to add comments or recommendations. There were no leaflets or where to go and what to do as we have had in other rentals. There is no shaver point: no coffee pot of any kind: no kitchen scissors: no chairs in the bedroom so nowhere to put some clothes: no hooks. We saw comments on line with the same issues and they had not been rectified. Poor! The so called garden was just some very scrubby uncut grass. The TV needed rebooting every time we used it! The outside light at the back of the property was faulty and we had to waste time waiting for a maintenance man to come and fix it. It was permanently on and the thin blinds in the bedroom were useless. The response from the maintenance team was quick and very efficient. The car park needs clear labelling as this caused issues with 3 cars for the occupants of the penthouse flat. However, the location was good and an easy walk into Caernarfon for pubs and restaurants as well as Tescos just up the road. The flat is light and spacious but basically equipped.

Very spacious. Most of everything we needed were provided from cooking facilities, ironing, hair dryer. Comfortable bed and really good showers. We feel safe in the area and very convinience to shops walking distance to tesco and Mc donalds. Just across of Texaco petrol station, a bit tricky with the post code of the property manage to find in the end. Thanks for the pint milk and welsh cake. Only few minutes walk to the castle which is in the town centre. Our last night wasn't quiet as we can here people noises occupying above the property. The bed sheets and towels did not smell fresh. Extra bed sheets in the wardrobe provided.
