The homely sitting/dining room features comfortable sofas and a flat‑screen TV, giving your group a straightforward and welcoming place to unwind, eat and plan your days.

On the ground floor, five bedrooms each come with their own en‑suite shower room, offering easy access for guests with limited mobility. The first floor provides six additional king‑size rooms with en‑suite shower facilities, plus a bunk room with four adult‑sized bunk beds—ideal for families or groups who don’t mind practical shared sleeping arrangements. This floor also includes a wet room and a simple bathroom with a double bath for anyone wanting a quiet soak.

A casual games room offers extra space to relax, with air hockey, pool and a vintage arcade machine—perfect for low‑key evenings in.

When you’re ready to explore, the historic town of Caernarfon is close by, along with its famous castle and town walls. Outdoor enthusiasts can head into Snowdonia National Park for walking, cycling or tackling Snowdon itself. Peaceful lakeside walks, waterfalls and scenic railway rides offer gentler options.

Anglesey is also within easy reach, with its beaches, coastal paths and family‑friendly attractions such as Anglesey Sea Zoo and GreenWood Family Park.

Caernarfon (county town of Gwynedd) has much historic and cultural importance in North Wales. It is a popular tourist spot with its impressive 13th Century castle, well preserved town walls and delightful water front. During the season there are guided tours of the castle and special events including historic pageants. There is also a station for the Welsh Highland Railway, which passes through dramatic scenery, the village of Beddgelert and onto Porthmadog. Boat trips are available from the harbour and another attraction within walking distance of the town centre is Segontium, a Roman fort and museum, housing many important finds. Caernarfon offers a wide selection of shops and places to eat and is close to the lovely beaches of Ynys Mon (Anglesey) and the Lleyn Peninsula as well as the mountains and rivers of Eryri (Snowdonia National Park), including the renowned mountaineering town of Llanberis at the foot of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon).
