With wonderful views of the coast, Snowdonia and Anglesey, and access to 8 acres, this very comfortable and well equipped property is indeed in a marvellous location for exploring this beautiful corner of north Wales. Caernarfon, 6 miles, with its majestic castle, offers golf, fishing, swimming, and tennis, while the nearest beach is just a mile away. There are pubs serving food at Clynnog, 2.5 miles. Shops and PO in Pen y Groes 2 miles. Please note: Please be mindful of farm animals grazing within the grounds, please shut all gates and ensure your pets are on lead when accessing the field.

This cottage is in a fantastic location for sea views and sunsets in a lovely conservatory and on the patio. Nearest village is 2/3 miles which has a well stocked Coop and a couple of takeaways, Chinese and Indian and fish and chips shops. Caernarfon is only 8 miles away. There is an amazing Country park about a mile away too.

A lovely cosy cottage, with a great location - beaches and mountains not too far away. Local amenities are rather sparse - don't expect a wide range of food delivery. But this is part of the charm.

We had a fabulous Christmas getaway to this cottage which we would thoroughly recommend and will hopefully return to. It's very spacious and thoughtfully well equipped with every conceivable home from home essential. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of life (if that is what you are wanting) yet close enough to Caernarfon when required. The sea view and glorious sunsets from the conservatory are as superb as other reviews suggest. There is plenty to visit in the local area and Rhandir -Mwyn always felt welcoming on our return. The central heating and electric fireplace were super efficient at making the place snug and toasty warm to kick back and relax. Modern 4K Smart TV had an excellent picture and the viewing apps for us to login to. Additional freestanding fridge and freezer provided much needed space for Christmas food and beverages.
