Guests say
White Towers in Caernarfon is highly praised for its spacious, clean bungalows, well-equipped kitchens, and relaxing hot tubs. Guests appreciate the peaceful location, friendly hosts, and family- and dog-friendly environment. The enclosed gardens and on-site facilities, such as the swimming pool, are popular highlights. While some mention firm beds and the lack of an on-site shop, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return.
The majority of guests found the property exceptionally clean on arrival, with only rare mentions of minor missed spots under furniture. Cleanliness is consistently highlighted as a strong point.
The peaceful setting and proximity to Caernarfon and Snowdonia are frequently praised. Some guests note the need for a car to access shops and amenities, but overall the location is considered excellent for relaxation and exploring the area.
Guests generally found the bungalows spacious and comfortable, with cosy heating and inviting atmospheres. However, several reviews mention firm or uncomfortable beds and sofas, which slightly lowers the comfort score.
Facilities such as the hot tub, enclosed garden, swimming pool, and well-equipped kitchens are highly valued. Minor suggestions include an extra bathroom and an on-site shop, but overall, facilities are seen as a major strength.
Many guests appreciated welcome packs and thoughtful touches, though it should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed. Hosts are described as friendly and helpful, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Would definitely stay here again, accommodation was absolutely superb, well equipped for our stay, lovely size garden for the dog and little one to run about in. A little shop on site or even if reception sold basic essentials would have been handy, otherwise it’s a 10 minute drive to a shop, which isn’t the end of the world, just can be an inconvenience as we couldn’t leave the dog unattended in the property. Staff were lovely and friendly, would 100% stay again.
