The location is highly praised for its beautiful views and proximity to local attractions. It is considered one of the property's best features, contributing to a high score.
Comfort is generally well-regarded, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the living space cosy. However, some guests mentioned issues with furniture and noise from the road, slightly lowering the score.
Facilities are adequate, but several guests reported maintenance issues such as broken locks, leaky showers, and inadequate Wi-Fi. These issues suggest room for improvement in this category.

Just five miles from pretty Porthmadog is the lovely seaside town of Criccieth - sometimes referred to as the 'pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia'. This pretty settlement boasts a dramatic skyline due to its 13th Century castle perched majestically on a rocky outcrop with superb views over Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. The area offers a host of activities and water sports enthusiasts will be delighted by the facilities available at the two pristine beaches. Inland, walkers and cyclists can enjoy of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. As well as excellent sports facilities, the beaches provide great opportunities for wildlife enthusiasts to spot porpoises and are a picturesque backdrop for the town's many pubs, restaurants and tea-rooms. The property felt a little unclean (marks on lounge walls, bathroom surfaces neglected), and the weekly cleaner should spend more time on it. Suggestions: provide a welcome book with Wi-Fi info, recycling, and property info; schedule regular deep cleans (carpets, upholstery, update old bedding); fix broken toilet seats, leaking shower, loose lounge window, damaged kitchen cupboards, and touch up paint/plaster. A real shame â the place has huge potential but feels a little unloved for a paid holiday rental.

We stayed as a family of 3 and a large dog and had a lovely few days here. The views from the windows are spectacular and it's just ten minutes from Criccieth, maybe 15 from Porthmadog My only constructive feedback on the property would be that it would be good to have a bit more access to equipment to clean up after yourself, a sweeping brush for the floor maybe. We coped with 4 days but the floor was getting quite mucky, any longer might have been uncomfortable. The garden is a beautiful space which is really well kept and was great for our child and dog. We would definitely stay here again
