The property is well placed, right on the sea front with stunning bay views from the balcony and the “snug”. I’d say the property is best suited to 4 people , we managed fine but 6 people might struggle with storage space , but overall no hesitation in recommending this property

Loved the terrace, loved the view, loved sitting watching the bay whether it was sunny or rainy. Perfect location for us to explore the Llyn Peninsula, Portmeirion and Eryri (Snowdonia). The bedrooms are definitely on the cosy side - not sure it would be ideal if there were 6 adults staying together with lots of clothes - but the expansive ground floor and terrace means there would be plenty of space for everyone to relax during the day. We would definitely rebook again!

Needed some maintenance doing to sort out mould in shower room as not enough ventilation and couldn’t open window as on ground floor on to alleyway. Decking area lovely but needs painting. No sockets in main bedroom.
