Guests say

Bay View in Criccieth is highly praised for its tasteful decor, stunning sea views, and prime location. Guests appreciate the well-equipped apartment, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches like a bottle of prosecco. While some minor issues are noted, such as kitchen size and light in bedrooms, the overall sentiment is positive with many guests eager to return and recommend the property to others.

The apartment generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness. However, a few guests noted areas where cleaning could be improved, such as behind the toilet and near the wardrobe. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than a common trend.

The location is consistently lauded for its convenience, quietness, and proximity to the beach and local amenities. Parking is also noted to be readily available.

Guests find the apartment comfortable, with special mentions of the quality of the beds and the cosiness of the space. The presence of a TV in each bedroom was particularly pleasing for those with children.

The facilities are well-received, with the apartment being described as well-equipped. Some guests suggested minor additions such as a peeler, oven trays, and a bath mat. The suggestion of a combined washer-dryer indicates room for improvement in the laundry facilities.

While guests express gratitude for thoughtful gestures like a bottle of prosecco, there are not enough reviews mentioning consistent thoughtful touches to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gestures are appreciated but not guaranteed.

Plenty of parking outside the flat (in October). The size suits a couple more than 4 people unless the other 2 are kids. Cleanliness was 95% there, just a little more attention needed ( such as the very grubby living room rug which we cleaned. I assume it was dirty as it's used by dogs but it took us 5 mins to transform it and remove most of the large, very visible stains, so it could easily have been a bit more pleasant on our arrival). Great for a stay with our puppy as the garden was pretty secure and very accessible, but the info book stated no pets allowed even though we booked clearly with one dog, which was a little concerning. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch. A little more attention to some details would have helped, such as 2 remote controls with flat batteries on arrival. It's in a nice quiet area. Kitchen was quite well equipped, albeit very small. Sofas and bed were unusually comfortable for a holiday let.

No problems with parking during our stay. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was tiny, we have strict dietary requirements and weren't able to eat out, so making meals was a struggle but appreciate this is our problem and fine for other people. Would recommend for a relaxing break
