In the heart of Criccieth this 17th-century wing of a Grade II listed manor house has been fully and beautifully restored and is now a stylish and comfortable holiday cottage. 

Set in a wooded enclave the cottage is brimming with character - thick stone walls shuttered windows, 2 inglenook fireplaces and a stone spiral staircase (NB care required on steep stairs).

Criccieth's surrounding protected woodlands have undulating lawns and an orchard shared with Bwthyn Stabal (1199) to enjoy meals in dappled sunlight under the trees listening to birdsong - what could be more enchanting!

The property is protected with cctv in the grounds, focused on the oil tank whilst guests are in residence and on the front door in low season.

Lounge large stone inglenook with wood burning stove, 2 x 2 two seater sofas, 2 easy chairs, Freeview TV/DVD.

Garden is not enclosed, care with toddlers, please. Garden furniture.

Grounds are shared which includes fields, an orchard, the walled garden and driveway. 

Barn available with pool table and storage for bikes. Outside WC attached.
