The majority of reviews highlight the property as very clean, tidy, and well-presented, with only rare minor issues such as window exteriors or oven cleanliness mentioned.

The house is described as spacious, warm, and comfortable, with good beds and a homely feel. A few guests mention minor issues with seating or bedding, but overall comfort is highly rated.
Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and modern appliances. Some guests note limited kitchenware, recycling bins, or the need for minor updates, but most found everything needed for a pleasant stay.
Several guests mention thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers, Welsh cakes, or prompt responses from the owner. However, as these gestures are not guaranteed for every stay, guests should not expect them as standard.

It is a very easy level walk to the sea front and a green space with lots of seats. Criccieth is a brilliant base for exploring North Wales giving access to the mountains, The Lleyn Peninsular, and lots of fabulous beaches. We were lucky to get a fair amount of sun! We hope to be back.
