Reviews indicate a need for a deeper clean, with some guests experiencing issues with cleanliness upon arrival. However, a lovely cleaner attended to the issues promptly.
The property boasts a fantastic location with beautiful sea views, proximity to the beach, and local attractions like Snowdon and Zip World, making it a desirable spot despite parking challenges.
Guests find the beds extremely comfortable and the cottage warm upon arrival, contributing to a relaxed atmosphere. However, one review mentions an overly soft and uncomfortable bed, slightly affecting the comfort score.
The property is well-equipped with kitchen amenities, games, and DVDs, but some guests note the absence of a second toilet and a bread knife, and suggest that maintenance could improve the overall experience.

Great location for Snowdon and Zip World. Plenty of space for the 5 of us.

I appreciate this is an older property with the charm reminiscent of a visit to Grandmas in the 70's. On arrival first impressions were of clean cottage but found this was superficial as I found when I had to move the bed and wardrobe to retrieve an item dropped between the single bed and wall. There is problem with vermin under the floor as this can be heard scratching. A deep clean inside and outside could bring this property back to where it belongs to compliment the stunning views.

Fantastic location for the beach and beautiful views of the sea from the house. Great area for visiting places too. The pictures reflect the property correctly.
