We had a lovely holiday here. The apartment is unique and very interesting. A very large array of kitchen equipment and cooking facilities and dining was excellent. Two of the bedrooms are located on the top floor which you have to go up a very narrow spiral staircase. Once up there it’s wonderful. The view from the round window is breathtaking. Access to the apartment is via a steep set of stairs so you need to be fit to get your luggage up. The hosts were great and attentive. Would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at The Auction House - it really is a strange and beautiful building. I especially appreciated the unusual items dotted around, and the masive living area. We could all stretch out on sofas, or on the rug on the floor, in front of the gas fire, and just relax. One slight niggle was that the beds weren't amazingly comfortable, so if comfort is what you're looking for more than anything, it may not be for you. But if you're looking for a unique place to stay with excellent amenities and hosts, I highly recommend it!
