Waterwynch is in an ideal location as you have all the amenities you’ll need right on the doorstep, and the beach is also only a few minutes walk away. This is a fantastic apartment to simply park up and relax from. Situated within the converted Grade II listed St Deiniol’s Church, the quirky interior is what makes Waterwynch a special place to stay. The owner is a master carpenter and has gone to great effort and care to build bespoke furniture and fixings, the attention to detail and quality can clearly be seen. Set over two floors, the first floor as you enter has a double bedroom with sea views, the second bedroom has bespoke bunk beds with hidden games table and also on this floor is the bathroom. On the second floor there’s an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. A fantastic space with ample room for all the family to socialise together from. Please note the living area has two steps up from the kitchen area and so this is not a one level room.

Lots of positives; as described. The skylights give a lovely view of the sea and the castle. The sofas and beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. It is at the Porthmadog end of the town, and is very quiet.

Loved our time here, it just went too quick. The apartment was absolutely spot on. Never got tired of the view looking out towards Harlech on the other side of the bay and the mountains beyond.
