Perfect location for a relaxing break! Staff were friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. My pod was cosy and spacious. I especially liked the view of the mountains, daffodils and a field of lambs !Inside was clean and warm. The double bed was comfy. I especially liked the hot tub which was easy to use. Whilst there is a hob, fridge, freezer and microwave there was limited crockery and cutlery. I also thought a bath mat would be useful in the shower room as the floor is tiled and easily became slippery.Great location for exploring North Wales from. I would most certainly visit again.

I would not recommend. On arrival car park had no lights so couldn’t see where we were going, had to walk around with a torch to find the reception which only had one sight close up so couldn’t see it. The hosts were nice and did show us how to use the hot tub however when I asked how to use the microwave oven they did not know and said there were instructions. These instructions were kept in a cupboard that’s was filthy and had damp and mould all inside. These instructions curtains covering the door had mould growing all over the bottom which is disgusting. The bathroom was also covered in mould, there was no soap or towels provided. They did provide one washing up sponge under the sink however it was also in cupboard filthy and covered in dirt. I’m not sure if the bedding was even clean as it looked dirty and had a strange smell. We also had to pay a deposit on arrival which was a surprise as we were not previously informed.
