On the positive itâs in a great location and there was plenty of space for the 15 of us! When we spoke to them the owners were very helpful. The house had everything we needed to cook large meals and even things like washing powder and dishwasher tablets which arenât often supplied. Howeverâ¦it really does need a thorough clean and some maintenance work. The downstairs shower room in particular wasnât pleasant. Doors, radiators and skirting boards were particularly grubby. Many things in the kitchen needed washing up before we used them. No outdoor space - rear area parks 3 - maybe 4 cars at a push. Overall it was adequate accommodation and downsides didnât stop us having an enjoyable holiday. Itâs fine for big groups if you arenât too picky and donât look too closely at things!

Only 1 person could shower and then you had to wait a few hours to allow the water to go down the plug before someone else could use it . Sinks plugs get stuck and prevents from using them and the downstairs toilet floor was soaking each time the shower was used . All shower curtains had mould on them also . Not well maintained property even the cups all had chips in them. There was rubbish from previous guests under the beds and in some rooms we had moved it but the general cleanliness is very poor. It is in a fantastic location and it is sad that it is so poorly maintained property even.

Beds clean and comfortable. The house could do with a thorough clean. I certainly left it cleaner than when we arrived. The oven is filthy and unusable. It needs a professional clean or replacing. That said, plenty of plates, cups, glasses etc. Great location for exploring Snowdon and surrounding area.
