Couldn't open one of the large windows. Large window frames and surround dirty.

  • Elwyn

The TV instructions are hopeless and extremely frustrating to sort out. The outside key system needs replacing. But regardless of all this, we love the situation and the apartment. This was our second visit and hopefully we will return.

Dressing table in twin room has also been damaged, so sad. The main shower stopped working on Sunday night, we left a note for the cleaner so hopefully they will pass the information onto the manager/owner? We book this accommodation twice every year, so wondering if we should next year unless it will all be repaired up to a good standard?
