Guests say

Madoc View is a well-received holiday cottage in Abersoch, praised for its stunning views, cleanliness, and comfort. Guests have enjoyed the peaceful location, proximity to the beach, and the well-equipped property, making it a great base for relaxation and exploration. While the hill to the beach is noted, the views and amenities compensate, offering a memorable stay. The property's thoughtful touches, such as biscuits, have been appreciated, though not guaranteed for every stay.

The property is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, with multiple reviews highlighting its cleanliness, suggesting a high standard upheld by the owners.

The location is highly praised for its views and proximity to the beach, despite the steep walk back. The peaceful setting and accessibility to local attractions contribute to its high rating.

Guests find the property very comfortable, with several reviews mentioning the comfort of the house and the relaxing environment it provides.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with mentions of ample amenities like games, an Xbox, and a wood burner. However, one review suggests that the kitchen and showers could be improved, slightly lowering the score.

While the provision of biscuits and the allowance of pets are mentioned as thoughtful gestures, there is insufficient information to determine if such thoughtfulness is consistent across all stays, and as such, gifts are not guaranteed.
