Moving through the property, locate the pale grey kitchen, hosting all the essentials for a self-catered stay; once meals are prepared enjoy them together in the dining room and make a toast. Throw open the patio doors to savour the final moments of the sun on the furniture or to stay in the warmth, whip out a board game for some family fun. Be sure to make use of the utility room, where you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer, which can be out away in the bedroom of your choice. Choose between four bedrooms to rest your head, with a double and a twin on the ground floor and a double and a twin on the first floor. Awaken tired eyes with a hot shower or indulge in a bubble bath to relax your muscles before joining the group for a cup of coffee in the conservatory. A short stroll will lead you to the sheltered Traeth Abersoch Beach, a great spot for watersports with its clear water and in the afternoon, you can tee up at an expansive golf course before enjoying dinner at a beachfront eatery. Ty Ni is an excellent position for exploring the Llyn Peninsula, rich in Welsh culture and boating impressive views of the coast, as well as the sprawling beach of Porth Neigwl and the 16th-century Plas yn Rhiw. Abersoch is a charming harbour community on the Llyn Peninsula, in a part of Wales known for its spectacular landscape and numerous walking opportunities. The hamlet, which is nestled between two beautiful bays, is one of North Wales' most popular sailing destinations, with major regattas hosted there throughout the summer. Tourists may find a variety of shops, as well as pubs, restaurants, and cafes. Golfers will like the fact that a course is located just outside the settlement, and horseback riding is also accessible nearby.
