About this property

Llanbedrog 1.8 miles. Nestled in the little village of Mynytho, on the southern coast of the Llyn Peninsula, is this delightful bungalow, 3 St Tudwals Estate. Enjoying views towards Abersoch and the islands, this inviting abode is a great base for families looking to experience this scenic corner of Wales. Internally, the property has been lovingly renovated with a bright and airy open-plan living space, home to a double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and even a washing machine, so you don’t need to bring your whole wardrobe! Serve your culinary treats at the dining table, toasting to a much-awaited break with your nearest and dearest. Step out to the enclosed rear terrace garden, complete with seating and a barbecue area, perfect for those summer evenings. As the evening fades, retreat to the bedrooms to catch your rest, including a double, king-size and family room with bunk and single, so there’s a variety of options. From the door there is a great selection of walks for all walking types, ranging from strolls through to more difficult routes along the coastline. Pack your bucket and spades and head for the beautiful Llanbedrog beach, an ideal spot to spend the day soaking up the sun, whilst there is also Abersoch beach, Traeth Marian-y-de beach and Traeth Glan-y-Don. This property is close to a number of local shops and pubs, including The Ship Inn and Glyn Y Weddw Arms, perfect if you don’t fancy cooking one evening. Slightly further afield you can spend your days exploring the Llyn Coastal Path and the charming villages along the way, or stop off at some historic sites, such as Plas yn Rhiw. 3 St Tudwals Estate is a splendid escape, whatever time of year.

Mynytho, a quaint Llyn Peninsula village, is located just 2 miles from the charming fishing village of Abersoch and is home to both a convenience store and a pub. Abersoch, sandwiched as it is between two beautiful bays, is a major destination for sailors and hosts major sailing regattas every summer. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes that welcome visitors. And of course, there's the world-famous surfing at Hell's Mouth, not to mention windsurfing, waterskiing, and dinghy sailing. The long sandy Warren Beach, the small and sheltered Porth Bach, and the sandy Porth Ceriad with its high cliffs are the three main beaches. The National Trust owns the vast majority of the coastline, and it is dotted with secluded coves, sandy beaches, and cliffs, as well as wildlife sanctuaries like Bardsey Island. Those who want to hike but don't want to get wet should visit the Lleyn Peninsula in Wales, which is known for its beautiful scenery and a wide variety of trails. Snowdonia is also close by, as are the Italianate architecture and picturesque setting of Portmeirion Village and the island of Anglesey.

An amazing cottage, beds was really comfy, probably the comfiest we've had, and we've been staying in cottages 8 years now, everything you need in the cottage, amazing views, very clean, The only one little downside, was garden isn't secure, everything else is very high standard,

It was bright, spacious, well equipped and clean with comfortable sofas and a large dining table. The local beaches were only about a 5 minute drive away with everywhere else in that part of the peninsula no more than 30 minutes away, so it was perfectly located.
