Our only comment is that, as we went in the off season, (March), a number of the cafes/pubs etc in the nearby town were closed. Just something visitors might want to be aware of. The accommodation itself was perfect - dog friendly and well appointed.

We had a brilliant week over the New Year at this superb cottage. It is very well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and is really clean and warm. The hosts had tastefully decorated the cottage for the festive season, which was a lovely touch. The garden is extensive and fully fenced-in, meaning we could let our dog could enjoy the grounds without us worrying. The beach is a very short stroll away and is great for a walk before a drink and a spot of lunch at the local hotel/pub on the covered terrace looking out across the bay. We would strongly recommend this property.

A Perfect Seaside Getaway at Bodarfor! What an absolutely wonderful stay at Bodarfor (By The Sea)! We've just returned from our trip and can't stop talking about what a perfect base it was for our holiday. The location is its biggest asset. Being "by the sea" is no exaggeration—we had incredibly easy access to the local beaches, which made morning walks and sunset views an effortless and beautiful part of our day. The village itself is charming and has everything you could need. We particularly enjoyed the local bakery (the fresh pastries were a daily treat!) and the fish and chip shop, which was genuinely top-notch.The cottage itself was just as lovely. It was cozy, spotlessly clean, and clearly well-cared for, making us feel at home straight away.A special thank you to the owners—we stayed over the Halloween period, and they had gone to the trouble of putting up tasteful and fun decorations. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch that we all really appreciated. It showed a level of care that made our stay feel extra special. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday home. If you're looking for a charming cottage in a perfect location with owners who go the extra mile, we wholeheartedly recommend Bodarfor!
