Park off-road and enter into a homely sitting room with the welcoming glow of a woodburning stove, an ideal spot to relax in with a coffee as you plan the day ahead of you. There is a spacious kitchen/diner with a great selection of amenities to cater to your culinary needs, as well as a dining table, where guests can serve their heart-warming meal alongside a glass of fizz. There is a handy utility for your sandy clothes, a cloakroom, and a snug with a double sofa bed that can be set up on request. When sleep calls, freshen up in the family bathroom, before catching your rest in one of three well-presented bedrooms, choosing between a king-size with contemporary shower room, or two doubles. Outside, enjoy an alfresco affair as your four-legged companion reclines on the grass, making the most of the sunshine in either the front garden, with a barbecue, or the rear courtyard. The coastal village of Llanbedrog is situated on the Llyn Peninsula and makes a wonderful base for exploring this beautiful part of North Wales. The village offers two pubs, both serving food. There are lots of nearby sandy beaches, remote bays and numerous walks. Sailing, fishing, pony trekking and golf are all available locally, and the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Just a scenic drive away is the picturesque town of Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous views, as well as a regular market which has been running since the 14th century and is popular amongst tourists and locals for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.
