Enjoying spectacular, sweeping coastal views, this charming, spacious, detached barn conversion is situated on the edge of the pretty village of Abererch, and is within very easy reach of lovely beaches and superb coastal walking. Pwllheli, 1 mile, has a weekly market and a fine selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, along with a leisure centre, golf and a marina. Fashionable Abersoch, 8 miles, boasts a pretty harbour and excellent water sports facilities. The Snowdonia National Park, with its dramatic mountain scenery, is close by, along with many castles, the Italianate village of Portmeirion and narrow gauge steam train rides. Beach 1½ miles. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.

We spent two weeks here and had an enjoyable holiday. Bryn Hudol is clean and cosy. It had everything needed for a family holiday. It was lovely sitting in the conservatory and looking out to the distant views of the sea. We didn’t meet the owner but we did meet his mom.The owner lives next door so reassuring to know in case of any issues (there weren’t) and wasn’t intrusive. Thank you for the 4pints of milk and the box of shortbread biscuits we found on our arrival.I can’t really think of any negatives but if ‘nit picking’ I agree the carpets are a bit dated and ‘tired’ looking. We were joined in our second week by our 3yr old granddaughter who loved the place. It’s a clean property but relaxing, we didn’t feel ‘on edge’ as some properties can make you feel with young children. We all said we would be happy to return there at some point in the future. It’s a good location and easy to get to other towns. We loved Portmadoc and Barmouth. Asda and Lidl aren’t too far away for essentials. Would definitely recommend Bryn Hudol!
