  • The smart galley kitchen has a breakfast bar as well as a separate dining area with pretty pine table and chairs.

  • The elevated rear garden and decking area are clothed with honeysuckle and clematis.

    2 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 5. Family bedroom with a Double, Single and TV. 1 Double with TV on 1st floor.


    Bathroom with full suite and shower over bath on 1st floor.


    Galley Kitchen fully fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, table and chairs.


    Utility Room washing machine, tumble dryer.


    Dining Room with dining suite seating 6, TV/DVD.


    Lounge fireplace with open fire, 3 leather chesterfield sofas, TV/DVD, CD/radio


    Small Conservatory with 2 seater leather sofa.


    Grounds small enclosed, elevated cottage garden with decking and garden furniture. Please take care with toddlers, cottage fronts onto country lane.


    NB: A refundable security deposit of£60 is required per booking.
