Large Morfa Nefyn holiday house on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula

This large Edwardian villa close to the beach (one of a pair) in the heart of Morfa Nefyn village can accommodate 2 families with ease.

A gentle stroll from possibly the most loved beach on the Peninsula, the villa has been beautifully restored with many original features. It has a cosy lounge with an imposing Edwardian fireplace for lovely open fires, lots of sail ship pictures give a nautical theme - TV in this room has Sky Q, with Sky movies and high-speed fibre optic broadband.

The 2nd sitting room, known as The Games Room, has a log burning stove and as the name suggests a large library of DVD's, Playstation and games - so no need to feel bored on a wet day!

French doors lead on to the stylish dining room with a long table perfect for family meals. A large range cooker in the white kitchen has all the equipment for those who want to impress with their culinary skills - even on holiday!

There are 6 bedrooms - 3 on the 1st floor and 3 on the 2nd floor, all beautifully appointed with masses of throws and cushions to sink into after all that fresh sea air.

A long rear garden catches the sunshine throughout the day - lovely for al fresco dining.

5 night Short Breaks are available in Winter months.

6 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 11. 2 Doubles and 1 Single all 1st floor. 2 Twins (linked beds) and 1 Double with Kingsize bed on 2nd floor.

Bathroom full suite with shower over bath. Shower Room with shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin, both on 1st floor. Outside Toilet in the rear garden.

Kitchen fully fitted with electric range cooker microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge, freezer, washing machine.

Dining Room dining table and chairs seating 6 plus folding table with extra chairs, glass fronted sideboard small fridge for drinks, red Rayburn (not in use).

Lounge Edwardian fireplace (in use), 1 x 3 and 1 x 2 seater sofas, coffee table, TV/DVD with Sky Q and Sky movies, high-speed fibre optic broadband
