About this property

This modern and bright bungalow has been perfectly designed to maximise space with the bedrooms at the front so as to benefit from the floor to ceiling windows in the open planned living area at the rear. Nestled in the countryside of the Llyn but just a couple of miles from the sandy shores of Hells Mouth Beach (Porth Neigwl in Welsh), you really do get the best of both worlds!

"What a fantastic base from which to explore the Llyn Peninsula, although if you wanted to hang up the car keys and stay put no one would blame you!"

If you fancy a day out, why not head towards the pretty fishing village of Aberdaron with its sandy bay, shops and cafes. If you’re after more than building sand castles, you can pop to the National Trust site just next to the beach to learn about the history and wildlife of the Llyn or for the more adventurous, follow the coastal footpath to Porth Meudwy where you can catch a boat to Bardsey Island!

If you are after a bit more bustle, head the same distance in the opposite direction and you will find yourself in the popular seaside village of Abersoch.

A delightful village sat on the Llyn Peninsula in Gwynedd, North West Wales. A small place brandishing beautiful stone buildings and scenery. As well as this, Botwnnog has a delightful cafe and a post office. It is surrounded by delightful places offering everything you need and more. Botwnnog sits between Mynytho and Sarn Meyllteyrn offering your local amenities. Further afield is the popular holiday destination of Pwllheli, a place boasting all of your usual seaside entertainment. Criccieth, Porthmadog and Portmeirion are also places worth visiting as Snowdonia National Park is also within driving distance.

We found the location of the cottage to be ideal as it was within easy reach of Aberdaron and Pwllheli/ Criccieth. If there was one thing that we found missing was comfortable reclining chairs to be used o/s in the garden,we did have 2 days of sun where such chairs would have been great!Thankyou again,we look forward to making further bookings in the future!!
