Negatives Cleanliness - On arrival we found the top 2 loft bedrooms had dog hair on the bedding, particularly the twin bed room. We know the property is dog friendly which is why we chose it but would expect guests keep dogs in kitchen like us and that the cleaners check & clean bedding, this clearly didnât happen. Thankfully there was a washer & dryer for us to clean the bedding. Some of the bedding itself is very unappealing in Colour- burgundy sheets and dark grey duvets. You expect a rental to have white bedding so you can see itâs clean. Electrics - We also had issues with the electrics the first 2 nights where it was tripping out. The single large oven under the grill didnât appear to work but the side multi shelf oven was more than adequate for our needs. Shower - the one on the first floor needs refurbishing as the hand held bracket is broken; whilst the glass screen doesnât stop water going under the seal and into the floor, the only way to minimize this was to use the shower curtain not only on the open end but also the whole of the glass screen. There either needs to be a note about this or just remove the glass screen as it doesnât work. The parasol is broken. Crockery/Utensils - there were only 7 dinner plates and 1 of these was badly chipped but we had no alternative but to use it as there were 7 of us. Ideally you would expect at least 2 sittings in a rental to avoid having to run the dishwasher after every meal. There were plenty of mugs; glasses; bowls and serve ware. However, surprisingly there was no decent fish fry, only 2 flimsy black plastic oneâs, one of which half of it was missing (either snapped or melted?) and the 2nd so flimsy you couldnât actually flip anything with it. I suspect the property just isnât checked thoroughly enough and things slip through. Positives Location - The house has a great location with plenty of parking and an easy walk into the village; the Spar and the Main Beach slipway. Space - there is plenty of space for everyone especially with 2 lounges, the upper lounge having a great view. Gardens - the house benefits from both front and rear gardens, both of which had tables and chairs so that you could follow the sun. Facilities - the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher; microwave; washer; dryer and even a juicer. Great house, just a few niggles and some TLC required.

Lovely accommodation plenty of space for the family. Ideal location in Abersoch near shops and short walk to beach and town Maybe some new pillows and mattress in main bedroom would be nice. Some extra plates ( large) as there was only 6 for 8 of us. Shower still leaky but not a major issue for us We have booked again for next year so 10/10 for us

It had everything we needed. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, nice bathroom and comfy beds. Plenty of parking space, (we had 3 cars) and a secure garden for our dog. Close to the beach and also for walking distance to restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
