Abersoch is a popular coastal seaside resort nearby, offering a wealth of attractions, including Aberosch Golf Club, for a spot of golfing practice, Abersoch Habour beach, for some sandcastle building, and The Potted Lobster, to indulge in some true seafood cuisine. The coastal village of Llanbedrog is situated on the Llyn Peninsula and makes a wonderful base for exploring this beautiful part of North Wales. The village offers two pubs, both serving food. There are lots of nearby sandy beaches, remote bays and numerous walks. Sailing, fishing, pony trekking and golf are all available locally, and the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Just a scenic drive away is the picturesque town of Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous views, as well as a regular market which has been running since the 14th century and is popular amongst tourists and locals for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.
