About this property

Nefyn 4.1 miles. Nestled on the outskirts of Boduan near Nefyn, Gwynedd is this detached, pet-friendly cottage, Parciau. With uninterrupted rural views, an enclosed garden and spacious living areas, the cottage welcomes a family of eight to explore the stunning Llŷn Peninsula with their canine companion. Ample off-road parking greets you on arrival to unpack and take in far-reaching woodland views and the sea in the distance. Be welcomed into the traditional cottage where a kitchen is ready for the group's chef to rustle up heart-warming meals; a utility hosts a fridge, freezer and washing machine for fuss-free clean ups! Choose between two dining rooms whilst one is perfect for hosting dinners with a view of the garden.

Bring your dog into the pet-friendly, enclosed rear garden with plenty of lawn space to play games, along with a patio area with seating to sit back with a glass of wine and marvel at your peaceful retreat. Hunker down in the sitting room with a TV for your entertainment, whilst the sunroom is a light-filled spot to escape with a book during the day. After fun-filled days walking the hills or paddling in the sea, Parciau hosts a handy cloakroom, ground-floor shower room for hot showers, along with a bathroom upstairs to close the day with a refreshing bubble bath.

Find your sanctuary in one of four thoughtfully decorated, spacious bedrooms to catch your rest; two doubles, a twin and another double with an en-suite shower room. Venture into the picturesque hamlet of Boduan in the heart of the Llŷn Peninsula for enjoying idyllic countryside walks, whilst the nearby coastal town of Nefyn is home to traditional Welsh inns, shops for self-catering essentials, and attractions such as the sandy Traeth Nefyn, the Maritime Museum and Clwb Golff Nefyn. Picture-perfect villages and sandy beaches scatter the Llŷn Peninsula, connected by scenic coastal paths or driving routes; Abersoch and Pwllheli are two popular locations along the southern coast, but further afield takes you to Caernarfon, Criccieth and The Snowdonia National Park.

Make memories with your loved ones with a stay at Parciau.

The charming seaside village of Nefyn, on the north coast of the Llŷn Peninsula, sits atop sweeping cliffs and boasts a lovely two-mile stretch of sandy beach popular with kids. The town has an excellent selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants and is close to the facilities of Pwllheli and Abersoch, which are also major tourist destinations. The region's coastline is lined with castles and coves, and fishing, sailing, and other water sports are accessible.

We would 100% book this place again. It's location is perfect and the rear enclosed garden was amazing. There is not many places we have been where we could of happily stayed there for another week but we could of with this one. This is a little gem and we cannot wait to go back.

The larger one could be a snug/kids rooom with another T. V as with eight people staying its hard/impossible to fit everyone in one room. There were no instructions for anything, where does recycling go? How to use the oven, TV, ? Places to eat, vist, see? Nearest shops nearest beaches, walks in the area? Doctors/dentists? The hot tap doest work in the main bathroom, also the fire stick on the main tv in the property is logged on to someone else's account. You can't logout without their pin number. We had a plumming issue over the weekend. No one was available to speak to untill the Monday. Good job the house wasn't flooded.
