Head through the stone-fronted exterior of the home to reach the open-plan living space, designed as the social hub, where you can rustle up delicious dishes, dine over a bottle of wine, and unwind with the woodburning stove alight. A handy utility and a sleek bathroom rest on the ground floor, providing plenty of space to store your walking gear and refresh after a day of exploration. Three bedrooms await upstairs, a lovely king-size with en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms, the latter serviced by a nearby shower room. The coastal village of Llanbedrog is situated on the Llyn Peninsula and makes a wonderful base for exploring this beautiful part of North Wales. The village offers two pubs, both serving food. There are lots of nearby sandy beaches, remote bays and numerous walks. Sailing, fishing, pony trekking and golf are all available locally, and the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Just a scenic drive away is the picturesque town of Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous views, as well as a regular market which has been running since the 14th century and is popular amongst tourists and locals for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.

Beautiful house, excellently equipped. Lovely living kitchen, three good bedrooms, plenty of showers and toilets. What a location, the views are outstanding. Perfectly located to explore the peninsula or just get to the beach .. or just get away from it all.
