2 Doubles upstairs with Super-King beds as standard, can both be made into Twin rooms by request - with ensuite shower room and en suite bathroom.

1 Double bedroom upstairs (from utility room) with Super-King bed and en suite shower room. 2 single Trundle beds available by request.

1 Twin bedroom upstairs (in the barn) can be a Super-King bed by request - with en suite shower room.

1 Double upstairs in the barn with Super-King bed and en suite bath/shower room.

Kitchen/Diner Double height kitchen with Aga, two ovens, American style fridge-freezer and dining table seating 14.

Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer and staircase to a bedroom.

Family Room Stylish slate-floored snug with two 3-seater sofas, TV, log-burner and doors out to the garden.

Drawing Room A formal space for entertaining with 2 3-seater sofas opposite each other, either side of the decorative fireplace.

*Please note* There is also an additional kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. The entire house can be split into a 2-bed self-contained barn and 4-bed house.
