Sunstone Cottage in Pwllheli is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its stunning location, beautiful views, and peaceful environment. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, cosy log burner, and enclosed garden, making it ideal for dog owners. The property's renovation and maintenance are noted positively, and the owners are commended for their helpfulness. Some guests mention minor issues with access roads and privacy when the neighbouring chalet is occupied.
Most guests found Sunstone Cottage to be spotless and well-presented. However, a few mentioned cobwebs and outdoor cleanliness, slightly affecting the overall high cleanliness rating.
The cottage's location is highly praised for its breathtaking views, tranquillity, and proximity to coastal walks and beaches. The only minor drawback mentioned is the challenging access via a single lane road and a potholed track.
Guests describe the cottage as cosy, snug, and well-heated, with a lovely log burner. Some concerns were raised about bed linen comfort and the size of the second bedroom, which is more suitable for children.
The property is appreciated for its well-equipped kitchen and secure garden. However, some guests noted the lack of washing facilities, the need for a hairdryer, and issues with smoke alarms being too sensitive.
While guests have mentioned welcome touches like a hamper and hot water bottles, there are not enough references to gifts to accurately score thoughtfulness. It should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed.
