This beautiful stretch of sandy coastline is ideal for beach days, long walks, watching the waves or simply enjoying the fresh sea air. It is a wonderful spot for making memories, whatever the season.
There is plenty to discover across the Llyn Peninsula. Explore the pretty coastal villages and harbours, visit historic castles and churches, or head out on the Wales Coast Path for spectacular views across the sea. The area is perfect for walking, cycling, surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking and fishing, with beaches to suit every mood.
For a day out, visit Abersoch for its sandy beaches, shops, cafes and watersports, or explore the colorful harbour at Porthmadog. You can discover the charm of Criccieth and its famous castle, visit the beautiful village of Aberdaron, or take a boat trip from Pwllheli. There are also wonderful places to eat, local markets to browse, and plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife along the coast.
